About MFM

At the Medical Foundation of Moldova, we believe a stronger healthcare system starts with those who serve it. Founded in 1994 by a dedicated group of doctors, including our esteemed founder Professor Valeriu Ghereg, we’ve worked tirelessly to provide essential medical donations and equipment where they’re needed most.

Our mission is to equip hospitals, support the education of young medical professionals, and assist local institutions like schools and elder care homes. Today, we remain committed to advancing healthcare and educational initiatives throughout the region.

To improve, promote, and support public health and innovative medical training in the Republic of Moldova.
